Mark was wonderful. Living in Colorado and needing a person we could trust on our home without being there to verify all the work was complete and to our satisfaction was huge to us. After dealing with Mark and his very detailed contract of work he would do for the money was only topped by the pictures provided by him at no charge. I am extremely pleased and if I ever need work done again, I will call him first. His team was timely and strove for perfection by paying attention to the little details that mean so much. We had the interior of our house painted, and tile laid in 3 separate rooms. Mark came in and helped us pick out tile colors and when I told him I had 7 different paint colors for my house he worked with me and listened to exactly where I wanted each color. On the day they came in to paint we double checked where each color would go and even though I had crazy ideas, they worked with me, and it's beautiful! I would recommend them to any one that asks. Middle Georgia Restoration rennovated the exterior of our historic, 100 year old home. They methodically planned their work through two on site visits and lengthy conversations with me on site. They were always easy to reach on the telephone and promptly returned my phone calls. Their crew was exceptional and had a well rehearsed plan to work on our home. They carefully replaced side board, added wood filler, applied belt sanding and made careful measurements. They applied three layers of high quality paint, including a sealant, primer and final coat. All coats were laboriously painted by hand with brushes. Attention was given to cleanup and care for existing landscaping. They followed all this with a round of detail work including moving and replacing all window screens, painting doors and window frames. Their crew took care to make sure all windows opened easily after being painted. The crew was easy to work with and extremely responsive to any questions I had and requests I made along the way. Their price was very affordable, especially considering the high caliber of the workers and their professional abilities. Our historic home is now finely restored to its original, handsome appearance. Their work is so thoroughly done that we do not anticipate needing an additional rennovation for a decade.
